The late Kanji J. Bhimani played a crucial role in the growth and journey of Shree Gajanan Industries. His experience in the banking sector helped him to a great extent in the fields of finance, production, and marketing. One of Kanji Bhai’s biggest achievements was knitting the group together for over 50 years with his moral values and business skills. He has been the guiding source of inspiration for all other partners.

Hargovind J. Bhimani (Co-founder)

Hargovind J. Bhimani is an engineering graduate with sound technical background in the engineering field. With his expertise and vision, he has been a staunch supporter of the adoption of newly developed technology and has been in charge of production. His rich experience in the rice mill industry has certainly helped the new unit in implementing the atomized program effectively and successfully. This ensured optimization of both profit and economic viability parameters.

Mahendra J. Bhimani (Partner)

Mahendra J. Bhimani plays a key role in formulating organizational goals from time to time. His main focus is the administrative and financial functions.

Mahendra J. Bhimani successfully developed an in-house technology of carbonless paper manufacturing. He was awarded the Small Scale Entrepreneur Award by the Central Government in 1989 and later by the State Government for pioneering this venture. 

Recently, he was also conferred upon by FAPCCI for promoting the best new product made in Andhra Pradesh.

Pradeep J. Bhimani (Partner)

With an experience of over 35 years, Pradeep J. Bhimani has acquired expert business acumen apart from the inherited/ascribed business skills. His task, roles and relations include the procurement of new material and marketing apart from co-ordination with diverse elements enabling harmonious and effective function. His proven skills and knowledge on market dynamics help the unit achieve its newly formulated goals.

He has also been the Vice President of Nizamabad Rice Mill Association for 15 years. Presently, he is a member of the Advisory Committee.  

Hiten Bhimani (CEO)

Hiten Bhimani joined his family-run business while still pursuing his education in the year 1994. While pursuing his MBA in Dubai, he marketed different products and developed a line of plotter rolls and visual media for the Middle East. He also worked as a Business Development Manager at Kimoha Entrepreneurs Limited Dubai. 

He was the key person responsible for developing the strong brand identity that Gajanan has today. 

He also received an opportunity to receive the Shri Jamnalal Bajaj National Award for fair Business Practice from the then Vice President of India, the late Krishanakant.

Priyen Bhimani (COO)

Priyen Bhimani developed a keen interest in business activities while pursuing his education. Following that, he worked in Kimoha Entrepreneurs Ltd., Dubai, in the label and barcode division as a production/procurement manager. It was in the year 2004 that he grabbed the opportunity and joined hands with an American company to start his own company in Nizamabad, Xellent Technologies Private Limited which manufactures Thermal Transfer Barcode Ribbons and provides barcode solutions.

Ravish Bhimani (CFO)

Ravish Bhimani did his schooling from St. Francis De Sales, the Intermediate course from AHMV Jr. College in CEC and Graduated in Commerce from Nishitha Degree College, Nizamabad. Further he completed his Post Graduation in MBA (Finance) from S P Jain Centre of Management, Dubai. While pursuing his MBA he worked in a Jebel Ali-based company as an analyst which covered Cost, System, Production, Administrative and Marketing analysis.

        Senior Machine Operator / Assistant machine operator

        Looking for Machine operators who take care of all machine-specific functions such as setting parameters of the equipment, loading, and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks. They should be a self-starter and should be willing to undergo training, if required.
