      Purchasing/payments executive

      Need executives who can purchase requisition received from different teams on the basics of priority, Sourcing the vendor for required products & checking the availability of material required, Requesting and obtaining price quotation from the vendor for purchase requisition, Negotiating price, discount, credit terms transportation terms and ordering the material finalized price with management approval. -Follow up with requisition (via calls/mail) for the pending order.

      Responsibilities and duties: 

      1.       2. Good ReceiptNote: Preparing the GRNfor PO and Non-PO on receipt of material
      3. Accounting: Preparing the Non-trading/service purchase entries
      4. Accounts payable: Scheduling paymentsto all third-party vendors of non-trading services and facilitiesfor employees.
      5. Research potential vendors
      6. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
      7. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
      8. Timely Scheduled payments

      Skills: 

      1. Good Negotiation skills
      2. Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices & Vendor Management (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
      3. Understanding of supply chain procedures
      4. Tally usage.

      Qualification: 

      1. Gradaute with B.com/Accounts background
      2. MBA would be added advantage

      Senior Machine Operator / Assistant machine operator

      Looking for Machine operators who take care of all machine-specific functions such as setting parameters of the equipment, loading, and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks. They should be a self-starter and should be willing to undergo training, if required. 

      Responsibilities and duties: 

      1. ensuring enough raw materials are fed into the machines
      2. conducting periodic checks on output efficiency / quality.
      3. Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties as required.
      4. Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available with proper co-ordination with planning. 
      5. Effectively monitor production equipment to maximize utilization. 
      6. carrying out routine maintenance and fixing machines that have broken down in shift. 
      7. Assist the shop technicians and materials supervisor as necessary. 
      8. Maintain a safe and clean work space. 
      9. Follow established safety rules, food safety norms and regulations. 

      Skills:

      3. Able to act quickly when a problem arises. 
      4. Able to follow instructions and production schedules. 
      5. knowledge of machines of rice mill plant and its operation.

      Qualification: 

      1. ITI fitter / Graduate with any degree. 
      2. Prior experience of 4-5 years’ total experience for Sr. machine operator & 2-3 years’ total experience for Assistant machine operator.
